Refund and Returns Policy

All sales of research compounds are final once shipped, because product integrity cannot be verified after it leaves our control. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or short shipped, contact Support@orvellalab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
