All products sold by Orvella Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
Our products are not:

- Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Approved by the FDA for therapeutic use
Customers acknowledge that they understand the intended research-only purpose of all products prior to purchase.
2. Purchaser Qualifications

Minor variations in appearance, labeling, packaging, or manufacturing lots do not constitute defects.
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for informational purposes and apply only to the tested batch identified.
4. Laboratory Testing
Products may undergo independent third-party laboratory testing.
Testing results reflect the analyzed batch only and should not be interpreted as guarantees beyond the tested sample.
5. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Limit quantities
- Request additional verification
- Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or violate applicable laws
6. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Pricing errors may occur. If an error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
7. Payment
Payment must be received before an order ships.
Orders flagged by fraud prevention systems may be delayed, canceled, or require identity verification.
Chargebacks submitted without first contacting customer support may result in permanent refusal of future service.
8. Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on business days typically ship the same day.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact:

- Holidays
- Customs

10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are generally final.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Approved issues may be resolved through:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund, at our discretion
Products that have been opened, altered, or improperly stored are not eligible for return.
11. Product Storage
Customers are responsible for proper storage of products upon delivery.
Orvella Labs cannot guarantee product stability if products are stored improperly after receipt.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvella Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

- Misuse
- Improper handling
- Improper storage
- Delayed shipments

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product involved.
